Simply purchase our Gift Club Subscription here to activate your one year subscription, which comprises of four deliveries of beautiful Sara Miller London product(s) throughout the year. You will only be charged once. Make sure you keep an eye out on our emails (please check your Junk/Spam if you haven't received anything) to see when your next box is due to arrive.

We're afraid not! The beauty of our subscription service is that it all comes down to the element of surprise... With such a broad range of product types to choose from, you never know what you're going to get. Exciting!
Our subscription boxes are sent out quarterly (February, May, August, November). You can check the product page and our email communications to see exactly when the next dispatch is due. 
Absolutely! We understand circumstances may change, so you can manage your subscription by emailing us at info@saramiller.london with your cancellation request. You can cancel at any time with no hassle and no cancellation charge - and you'll receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
No. You are charged once for a year-long subscription and this is not a recurring payment. We will email you reminding you that your subscription is expiring and again once it has expired so you can renew at your own convenience by re-purchasing.
Yes, shipping is included in the subscription price - just ensure you choose Standard UK Shipping at checkout rather than next-day to avoid unwanted charges.
If your order contains a subscription box and additional product, the additional product will be sent out as normal on the service you have chosen at checkout, whilst the subscription box will only be released on the given despatch date found on the product page and via email communication.
Please note: orders containing fabric, wallpaper, and lampshades will incur an additional shipping charge as these items are sent from a separate premium warehouse.
Of course. You can do so by entering their shipping address at checkout instead of your own. However, please note that the email address entered at checkout will receive marketing communications relating to the box as well as the order invoice - so if it's a surprise, you should enter your own email address instead.
We want you to love every item in your subscription boxes. Please contact us at info@saramiller.london within 3 days of delivery if there is any issue with any of the items you receive so we can help.

Besides your quarterly doses of happiness delivered straight to your doorstep, we also want you to feel like a special and valued part of our Sara Miller London community. As such, you can expect early access to new products, special offers and discounts throughout the year, and the flexibility to cancel at any time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  1. Upon subscribing to the service, you authorise Sara Miller London to charge the subscription fee specified at the time of purchase to your chosen payment method. The subscription fee will not auto-renew and you will be reminded via email to renew once the service is about the expire.
  2. The service can only be sent to UK addresses. 
  3. Subscription Box shipping is included in the cost of your subscription, however should you wish to order additional,  fabric, wallpaper, or lampshades at the same time, you  may incur a shipping charge as these items will be shipped separately.
  4. All items received in the subscription box are non-returnable unless received defective or damaged. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email at info@saramiller.londonwithin 3 days of receiving the item. 
  5. You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to info@saramiller.london. Upon receiving your cancellation request, your subscription will be terminated, and you will not incur any cancellation fees.
  6. If you cancel your subscription, you will be refunded for the remaining unused portion of your subscription term. The refund will be processed within 14 working days following the cancellation request.
  7. Sara Miller London reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without prior notice. In the event of such changes, Sara Miller London will make reasonable efforts to inform subscribers in advance.
  8. The subscription box will be shipped to the address provided by you at the time of subscription. If an alternate address is required for redirection, Sara Miller London must be contacted via info@saramiller.london and given at least two weeks' notice before the next advertised shipping date. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address. Sara Miller London is not liable for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided.
